I wish I had a place like this down the street from me.
Fresh, super smooth, pour-over style coffee. Yum!
Is there something specific that you like to do in every place you travel to?
For me, it would be searching for the nearest & best coffee shop to order a cup and take home some fresh beans. Thank you Yelp for putting me on to Crate Coffee Market in Maricopa, Arizona!

My Husband and I stopped by for a nice afternoon drink. Jeff, the owner greeted us warmly. Nice guy, and very knowledgeable & passionate about his coffees. I told him what kind of coffee I was looking for and he offered some suggestions. There were samples of fresh beans on the counter to sniff and get a whiff of the different blends available. My Husband got Bakers Street blend, and I ordered the Guatemalan.
Tasty coffee!
We took home a small bag of the Bakers Street blend with brewing instructions. I usually do a pour-over cup at home in the mornings but, I’m just now learning how to do a proper “bloom“. Cool!
I highly recommend stopping by Crate Coffee if you’re in the area, or call to order some fresh beans.

I love stumbling upon cute little places like that. I’m addicted to Caramel Espresso Con Panna’s at Coffee Bean. Having a hard time ordering coffee unless it’s Espresso. Wish I didn’t pick up that habit. Nice post!
Oh and about Instagram… I stayed on for about a month and deleted my account! People are just plain crazy. Some of the things people posted and said were just horrible and offensive. Too many personalities for me. And the degradation of women… Don’t even get me started on that. I’d rather stay disconnected.

Thanks! And, I don’t blame you one bit about Instagram. I think some women (and men) degrade themselves for attention. It seems the more nudity shown, the more “hearts” & follows & inappropriate comments from strangers. But hey, if that’s what they want… I’ve yet to see anything offensive on there, thank goodness.
