My husband and I have been to Bombers thrice and are planning many trips back there in the near future.
Excellent food. Great service. Clean restaurant.

We’ve tried the Kansas City Ribs, Baby Back Ribs (pictured), Pulled Pork Sandwich, Sweet Potato Fries with Garlic Aioli, and the Fried Shrimp.
Everything was fresh & delicious.
The ribs were tender, with a very nice smokey flavor and a touch of sweetness. My husband prefers his barbecue without sauce. He says the ribs at Bombers didn’t need any. We tried the Bombers sauce and the Sweet sauce anyway, just to try them out. They were both good but, he preferred the Sweet sauce. I leaned towards the Bombers sauce. It’s tangy and a little spicy.
They don’t put any sauce on the ribs or pulled pork, so be sure to hang a right after ordering at the counter to try the sauce selections. There were several to choose from.
The pulled pork comes on a pretzel roll. We’ve never seen that before. Very unique! Very good. The meat isn’t stringy like some pulled pork can be. It had a good texture and smoked flavor.
The fried shrimp was well-seasoned and tasty. I ordered it with cocktail sauce but, I didn’t really need the sauce. My shrimp meal had 9 shrimps (Do you count your shrimp when ordering it? Ha!) and, I think they were jumbo in size. It was filling with a side of sweet potato fries.
Okay, let me tell you about the sweet potato fries…because, you may already how much I LOVE potato fries!
The sweet potato fries are hot & crispy, seasoned goodness until…you dip them in that little cup of garlic flavored sauce. Then they become perfection. I’m going to try to replicate that sauce at home next time I make sweet potato fries. It’s SO good!
We really hope this restaurant does well because, Bombers BBQ is awesome. You can tell they have high standards, especially when it comes to their food. We love it. After leaving from our first visit, my husband said (jokingly) that the restaurant next door was in a pretty bad spot.
Looking forward to trying their brisket and burnt ends. Great reviews (currently) on Yelp, which is where I found out about this place.
