Welp…I think I can cross #12 off the list!
These leather pumps are on the cusp of 3 inches but, they ‘sholl don’t feel like it! LOL
I’ve been wearing them around at home because, well…I’ve been out of practice. I haven’t worn heels in years. Walking in these aren’t difficult though. For a pointy-toe, my toes don’t feel squished together or forced downward into the toe box when walking. The toe box and the sole feels nicely cushioned. The back of the shoe has this soft patch of suede material on the inside. It catches your heel with every step so you don’t feel like you have to crouch your foot to keep your heel from falling off. Well, at least it feels that way on one foot. One of my feet is bigger than the other so, I have a perfect fit on the left and the right is a little looser. I may have to put a little heel liner there but, it’s no biggie. Other than that, the shoes are quite comfortable on. I don’t know about standing for long periods of time though.
I love the “d’Orsay” and snakeskin styling. Very sexy!
Comfort aside, I’m not sure of the leather quality or how well these pumps will hold up over time due to the glitzy texture and craftsmanship about the seams. The glitz is great but, I think the seam work could have been a little better.
If you’re interested in purchasing a pair, they are currently on sale and come in a very wide variety of sizes. Even narrow, medium, and wide! Get ’em here.
