This is Ulta Salon’s, Snow White. Two coats.
Ehh…not sure how I feel about it. It reminds me of my elementary school days…when girls used to paint their fingernails with Wite-Out.

I personally love white polish on brown skin. I love the contrast. Essie Marshmallow is a nice white to try if you don’t like stark white. It’s definitely more delicate.
Thank you for the recommendation! I always see that one at Ulta and Target, and it’s weird…I’d pick it up. Read “Marshmallow”. Then, put it back down. Ha! I think I worried about how many coats it’d take to get it opaque.
i like it! did you paint them yourself? you did a great job! white always comes out streaky when i do it myself.
Thanks! Yes, I did them.
How do you manage to polish your nails so neatly without painting “outside the lines?” And I love the white on you–not everyone can pull it off.
Thanks Tiffane! I take my time, when painting my nails. Less cleanup. When I do go “outside the lines”, which usually happens when I’m rushing the job, I clean up my cuticles with a very thin nail brush dipped in acetone. At some point, I’ll do a manicure tutorial to illustrate this.
Oooh , I’d like to try this on my toes!
Go for it!
