Shark Tank, TV
Over the Winter break, my brother-in-law got us hooked on this show.
We are catching up, watching the previous seasons.
It’s interesting. The people that come on. The ideas. The businesses that are built on great ideas, with seemingly good people running them.
Success stories.
Inspiring & entertaining stuff!
There’s something to be learned about presentation & negotiation. And, Mr. Wonderful…is wonderful!
Do you watch?

Over the break, I also posted this on the MerelyMarie Facebook page:
So…are you a business owner? What’s your business?
I was recently thinking about mine. Pondering my mission.
What it is. Exactly.
I often hear & read that if you’re “in business”. It should be the business of “helping people”. Whom does your business help?
For me…I LOVE, love, love visuals. Branding. Making things look good (that is one of my gifts). And, it makes me feel awesome when I can do that, for someone else. Specifically, others who are “in business”. More specifically, other people who are “in business”…via their inherent gifts/talents. Whatever it is, that makes them feel excited & happy (and sometimes scared) to do. It’s on their minds. Often. They can’t see themselves being happy, doing anything else in the world.
What is that for you?
After some deep thought. I’ve concluded, that at the core of it all…I want to help the entrepreneur/self-employed/business owner, to establish their product or service via great design…
I believe that with a polished, sensical, eye-catching design, you feel excited & confident about the face of your brand. Which enables you to more joyfully LIVE your life’s work everyday.

If you’re thinking about starting a business this year (or you’re already in business), what is it?
Would you ever go on Shark Tank?
…Did you?

I love Shark Tank! I have it in my DVR. This year I am starting one official business as an estate sale facilitator.
I have a couple of inventions that are just on paper but would be far too expensive for me to create a prototype though. The sharks would eat me alive coming to them with a sheet of paper. LoL!
Ha! Good luck with your new business!
This is definitely my show. I love it! Definitely edutertainment—entertainment plus education
)
Nice!
Hey, what happened to Mark Cuban?
In the photo??? He wasn’t on the show yet…I think he came in a later season.
