This dressing tastes great on salads. Even better on toasted sub sandwiches!
Here is the Recipe: (adapted from food.com by Bev)
Italian Salad Dressing
Makes about 1 cup
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper
1 teaspoon grated parmigiano reggiano cheese• Combine all ingredients in food storage container, with lid.
• Shake to blend & refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
The flavors really come together after sitting in the refrigerator for a day or two.
