Sheboygan Wisconsin: The State Park Stop.

I think the coolest part about road trips, are the stops between your destination & home. All the neat little places you might’ve missed if you traveled by any other means.

On the way back from the Spa, we stopped at Kohler-Andrae State Park. Drove up to the Lake Michigan beachfront. And, not a soul was in sight for some time.

Beautiful!

Husband thought he saw my “inner 3rd-grader” leaving her mark. After which, he thought it best to chastise her about using “proper” grammar when writing in the sand with sticks.

Ha!

It truly was a great day!

All I could really wish for more, was a shovel.

And a really big pail.

On the way home, we also stopped at this pretty cool museum. Details coming up.
