Crispy. Seasoned. Perfection!
Here is the Recipe: (adapted from allrecipes, by Cassie)
1 large potato
1/4 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
water (about 1/2 cup)
vegetable or corn oil for frying

Peel, cut, and place potatoes in a bowl of cold water (for a least 30 minutes).
Drain, and pat dry with paper towels.

Put flour & other dry seasonings into a bowl & stir.

Add water, gradually, until batter can be easily drizzled from a spoon.
Should be kinda on the thin side.

Add a handful of sliced potatoes.

Add coated potatoes (one at a time to prevent them from clumping/cooking together) to hot oil.
Fry until golden in color.



























you are killing me here. fries are my ultimate weakness and these look soo ridiculously good.

My mom used to make fries like this all the time when I was younger, but she made them really thick like steak fries. This brings back so many memories and I’m gonna have to try this again real soon.
