My style tends to meet further “function” at the airport.
I like pashminas/shawls. Because they can be worn tied as a scarf, or wrapped about your shoulders to act as a jacket. This I welcome when traveling during the warmer months, and going through A/C-blaring airport terminals. And especially on the plane, when every one of your neighbors decides to blast their “personal” air blowers.
Fitted tee & jeans…always classic. And way too comfortable to pass up!
Slip-on shoes. Easy on. Easy off. When making your way through the security line.
I carry a pair of “throw-away” socks in my carry-on bag, so my bare feets don’t make contact with the airport floor. I suppose the time saved by wearing slip-on shoes gets lost here…
Oh, well.
