Hydrating Foods.

I just can’t get excited about drinking water. No matter how many lemons or limes I squeeze into my glass.

I drink it because I have to. :(

If only the human body could run on (& gain hydration from) coffee…my skin would be so clear & moisturized. I’d glow, for sure!

I’m trying to supplement 1 or 2 of my daily glasses by incorporating more “watery” foods into my diet.

Doing some research, I found that the following fruits/veggies have a high-water content (over 90%):

  • Grapefruit.
  • Cucumber.
  • Cantaloupe.

The latter turns Husband’s face, whenever I buy it. He says “cantaloupe sucks”. But, it’s my favorite melon. I love it!

  1. and here I am feeling like I was the only one. Water is just so bland to me. &Thanks for the tips. I love cucumbers, so my intake on those will definitely be going up.
