Green Tea, Silk & Honey.

I really like this trio!

Tazo’s Zen is pleasant. Very light, simple…kinda bright flavor, with the spearmint.

I make the latte by first following the instructions on the back of the tea box.
• Just 8 ounces of boiling water to 1 tea bag. A drop more, and it’s watery.
• 3 minutes steep time. Any longer, and it’s bitter.

After removing the tea bag, add a tablespoon of honey & stir. Then, roughly 1/8 – 1/4 cup of Silk soy milk (I didn’t really measure this. But, the idea is 2/3 of the mug is tea, and 1/3 is milk). Giving the carton a good shake before pouring it in (the shaking action creates a little layer of bubbly foam on top).

Stir & drink up!

P.S.
I also tried this with Half & Half instead of soy milk (pictured cup).
It doesn’t “foam up” much by shaking alone, but tastes just as good. Maybe better. I only like to use 2 tablespoons.
