Syrup-conscious?
This recipe is corn & high-fructose free.
Let’s get into it…
Here is the Recipe: (adapted from food.com by Sue Lau)
Fresh Blueberry Syrup
1 pint fresh blueberries (rinsed & stems removed)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water• Place ingredients in a small saucepan & stir well
• Cook over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar, and until berries get slightly soft
• Press berries to crush slightly & stir until mixture gets syrupy (about 7-12 minutes)
• Allow to cool
• Spoon over pancakes, or waffles
Devour!

I’ve never had berry cobbler, only peach. Hmmm….
Must try….we have a stash of blueberries we picked awhile back in the freezer and this would be perfect!
