One coat!!! This polish is awesome…dare I say, better than the Essie brand?!
Just like Making Waves, the formula of Ooh La La is super-pigmented, and applies very smoothly. This color initially reminded me of Essie, Perky Purple, but it’s not really neon; just vivid.
I’m glad I picked up this nail colour set, from Target. I’d recommend it, based on the two polishes I’ve tried alone. I’m sure the remaining two colors are just as good.

do you know that Essie doesn’t do much for me. i just think that it isn’t really that much better than some cheaper polishes … but of course i still pick it up when i go shopping, haha.
Really?! Essie is one of my favorite brands, but I haven’t picked up any new colors in awhile. Maybe they changed the formula since it’s become more accessible?…
