I was excited to try this, because I love the idea of detangling with shampoo, instead of conditioner (wash out, or leave-in). It just feels “cleaner”, getting it out the way earlier in the hair washing process.
This shampoo actually delivered on it’s label promises; and, I was initially skeptical!
With most shampoos, I don’t get a good lather until after the first “rinse & repeat”. This was no different, however, on the second lather, there was TONS of slippery, sudsy action going on!
To test the “super slip” claim, I section off my hair, using my fingers, then ran a shower comb through it.
Well…I tried running the comb through it.
It was a no-go.
The sectioning with my fingers was a breeze. I was impressed, and it was that “ease” that lead to me believe I could swipe a comb straight through it.
After wearing a “wash & wear” or “out” style for a few days, my hair usually takes awhile to detangle. No shampoo (that I’ve ever tried) allowed me the ease of detangling with it. This one did make the process easier because, it seemed to stretch my hair out a little bit, as I smooth each lathered section with my hands. The longer the shampoo sat on my hair, the softer my hair felt & I could feel the tangles loosening. After detangling with a comb & rinsing, my hair felt soft & majorly moisturized, so much so, that I didn’t feel the need to deep condition.
Amazing!
I like this shampoo a lot, and it doesn’t hurt that it smells like apple candy! If I didn’t cut off most of my hair, I’d purchase a bottle, after using this one up. I’ll definitely keep it in mind, should I decide to grow it out again.

I use it and love it! It’s time for a new bottle.
Sweet!
every time i stop by your blog, i seem to want to buy or try something
I don’t use shampoo at all unless it’s post-swimming, but if I did a shampoo that aids in detangling is definitely nice.
Wow…no shampoo! Now, I’m curious about your regimen…
Hee hee. I co-wash only, and when I feel like my hair/scalp needs some extra cleaning I use Shea Moisture’s Purification Masque and that does the trick.
Thanks for indulging my curiosity! LOL
