Chicken Salad with Red Grapes.

Simple & delicious!

Serve with crackers. Or, make a sandwich. Or…scoop over a bed of salad greens!

Here is the Recipe: (adapted from food.com, by Sherri35)

Chicken Salad with Red Grapes

2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1 small onion, minced
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Miracle Whip

• Combine all ingredients
• Chill in the refrigerator (Overnight is best, if you can wait!)
Devour!

I’ve made this salad with & without celery, and nuts; sometimes cutting back the amounts added. It’s still very good! I’d only suggest adding the salt last, per your tastes, so it’s not too salty. Especially if the chicken used is seasoned with salt.
