The corn meal & pizza stone help in making the crust nice & crispy.
The pizza peel, parchment paper, and actually the corn meal too, help transfer the pizza on and off the hot pizza stone.
And of course, the rolling pin…back up in case the dough does not stretch/shape easily by hand. Or, when I accidentally punch holes through it.
